The terms "you" or "Client" refer to any user or browser of the Website, purchasers, or consumers of our Services.


We reserve the right to refuse or grant refunds for the Services, pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).


Refunds on any digitally downloaded products including, but not limited to, workbooks, templates, scripts, and spreadsheets, shall not be granted.


Refunds on online courses are considered on a case-by-case basis and requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase to support@dogmatters.com.


Students must have completed their course(s) and demonstrate how the course(s) was not satisfactory in meeting advertised standards.
